Maximizer®

• This account combines chequing and savings into one easy-to-manage account – eliminating the bother of transferring from one account to another.  Interest is paid monthly and is based on a tiered structure.  A number of convenient service fee plans are available on this account.

Plan 24 Tiered Savings Account

• This account offers a higher rate of return than traditional savings accounts.  Interest is calculated on a tiered basis, based on daily closing balances and is paid monthly.  Members are allowed three free transactions per month.

Value Account

• This account combines chequing and savings in one convenient and low cost account.  Interest is paid annually on the minimum quarterly balance and you receive 5 free debit transactions per month.

U.S. Dollar Account

• For members who require access to US funds on a frequent basis, Cornerstone Credit Union offers the US Dollar Account.  The account pays interest in US dollars monthly, based on daily closing balances.  Chequing privileges are available.

 Fat Cat®  Youth Account

• This account is a special account designed for children under that age of 12.  Help your child learn the benefits of saving and how to operate a savings account.  The account pays interest and has no service charges!

Headstart® Youth Account

• This account is designed for youth between the ages of 12 and 18 to promote money management.  It offers additional features such as chequing privileges and Acculink ATM (excluding Interac, Cirrus) access at no charge.

Mortgage Tax Savings Account

• This unique savings account helps you save to avoid the unpleasant surprise of annual property tax notices.  Our staff will set up a regular transfer of funds into this account to save for your annual property tax bill.  When your property taxes are due, use the amount accumulated to pay your bill.  It’s easy and convenient.  The account pays interest monthly, calculated on daily minimum balances.
